Check-in & check-out

Every home uses a smart lock. Your personal door code and full arrival instructions are sent by text before your check-in date.

Standard check-in is in the afternoon; check-out is mid-morning. Exact times appear on each home's booking screen and your confirmation.

Cancellations

Cancellation terms are shown before you pay and on your confirmation, and can vary by home and season.

House rules

These are family homes in residential neighborhoods. No parties or events beyond your booked group, no smoking indoors, and quiet hours out of respect for the neighbors.
