When a rebuild, assignment, or home search runs long, we extend month to month rather than forcing a new booking — subject to the home's live availability.
Insurance / ALE billing
We provide an itemized monthly statement suited to an Additional Living Expenses claim and can coordinate billing case by case. Whether we invoice a carrier directly is confirmed per situation — we don't claim blanket insurer direct-billing or approved-vendor status.
Corporate invoicing
For a company stay, we bill one monthly rate to the business with a clean statement for expense reporting and a single point of contact.
