- Is booking direct really cheaper than Airbnb or Vrbo?
- Yes. Booking direct skips the platform's guest service fee (typically 14–17%), so the direct rate is the best price a home has anywhere. If you find the same home and dates cheaper on an OTA, tell us and we'll match it.
- How big a group can you host?
- Our homes sleep from 8 to 22 guests. The flagship Estate at Sunset sleeps 22 across six bedrooms; the Gathering Homes sleep 10 to 12; and the Neighborhood Homes sleep 8 to 9. Start on the Group Stays page if you're planning for a crowd.
- Where are the homes?
- In Tulsa and Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. Most of the collection is in Broken Arrow, with a couple of walkable homes inside Tulsa near Brookside and Expo Square.
- How does check-in work?
- Every home has a smart lock. Your own door code and full check-in instructions arrive by text before your check-in date — no lockboxes to hunt for and no front desk. Standard check-in is in the afternoon and check-out is mid-morning; exact times are on each booking confirmation.
- Are the homes pet-friendly?
- Pet policies vary by home and aren't guaranteed. Text us before you book with your pet details and we'll confirm what's possible for the specific home and dates. [Placeholder — confirm per-home pet policy before launch.]
- What's the cancellation policy?

- Who do I contact during my stay?
- A local Tulsa-based team, by text, the whole time you're here. Whatever comes up — a question, a fix, a recommendation — you're messaging the people who actually manage the home, not a call center.
- Do you manage properties for owners?
- Yes — StayTulsa Rentals is the guest brand of Turnkey Vacation Rental Management, which manages a select portfolio of larger homes in Tulsa and Oklahoma's lake markets. Owners can reach the management side through the About page.
